It's a work in progress, but I figured I needed to post something for now so it's accessible.  The first thing I need to do is flip the order of the section headings - for some reason I figured it would work out better semantically if the section headings were below the content on the right - but if css is off, the headings don't make any sense at all since they're below the content.</description>
